Led by Juan Azulay, Sylvia Pawlowski, and Benjamin Rice, M77R is a multidisciplinary design studio operating at the highest tier of architectural design, urban planning, and immersive spatial interventions. The studio approaches heritage hotel design and restorations as acts of cultural continuity, creates rigorously thought out residences for discerning clients, and conceives luxury condominium projects as architectural narratives—shaping perception, identity, and enduring cultural presence. The studio operates mainly in Miami, Austin and Los Angeles – holding licenses in all three states.
